Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Nurture & Shine Services Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing reliable and professional home and care services across the Greater Toronto Area.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked service, please review the following policy:
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 25–50% cancellation charge to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
In case of emergencies (medical or unforeseen events), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
If a prepaid booking is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds are not applicable for completed services unless there is a verified service quality issue.
Service Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 24 hours after service completion at support@myneed.ca.
We will investigate the issue and, depending on the situation, may offer:
A partial refund,
A service credit, or
A re-service at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account or credit card again.
Contact your payment provider, as posting times may vary.

Non-Refundable Services
Same-day or urgent bookings (unless rescheduled within 2 hours)
Travel or parking fees once a caregiver or cleaner has been dispatched
Promotional, discounted, or bundled bookings
